AIMICIOT Chairman Microphone and Delegate Microphone positioned at individual seats during a formal meeting.
Formal meetings often require every participant to have convenient access to a microphone while keeping the table organized and the meeting process easy to manage.
In this project, AIMICIOT desktop conference units were deployed across a wood-finished meeting room for a formal group session. The project photographs show participants reviewing printed documents beside individual conference units, with the equipment arranged consistently along the meeting table.
A Clear Seat-by-Seat Conference Layout
Each conference unit is positioned within reach of a participant, creating a consistent operating interface throughout the room. The desktop format also leaves working space for printed documents and other meeting materials.
This arrangement is appropriate for meetings in which discussion may involve multiple participants rather than a single fixed presenter. It allows the conference system layout to follow the seating plan and the room's meeting workflow.

Conference wired microphones arranged consistently across the meeting table during a structured group session.
A Platform for Wired, Wireless and Networked Configurations
The deployment uses AIMICIOT digital conference units. AIMICIOT's related digital conference platform supports centralized network management and can be configured with
wired, wireless or integrated wired-wireless conference units according to project requirements.
For applications requiring networked audio distribution, the platform supports AoIP network audio and mainstream network audio protocols. Compatible wireless receiver
equipment can also use PoE for power and signal transmission through a network connection.
These are product-platform capabilities and do not indicate that every function was enabled in the photographed project. The final topology should be selected according to the
room layout, number of seats, available cabling, network design and applicable regional requirements.
Meeting Functions Selected for the Application
Depending on the selected conference units, host equipment and software configuration, the product family can support:
·Centralized microphone and device management
·Multiple speech modes
·Participant sign-in
·Voting and result display
·Optional camera tracking
·Network-based device and status management
This modular approach allows functions to be selected around the venue's actual workflow instead of treating every available capability as a standard project requirement.
Planning a Similar Conference System
A comparable project should begin with the room and its meeting workflow rather than a fixed equipment list. Useful planning information includes:
·Room dimensions and seating layout
·Number of participant positions
·Expected number of active microphones
·Available cable routes and network connections
·Central control requirements
·Need for wired, wireless or integrated operation
·Requirements for sign-in, voting or camera tracking
AIMICIOT's digital conference platform can then be configured with the appropriate combination of conference units, host equipment and management functions for the application.
